"Merlyn's Pen" offers scholarship kids a chance to go to sea in the company of other young writers.

Send a Writer to Sea!

Wish to make a literary sailing adventure possible for a teen unable to afford such a wonderful opportunity? Merlyn's Pen is collaborating with the model inner-city academy Community Prep School, in Providence, RI, to get several deserving young writers to sea in July 2010.

 

You can make it happen. Your tax-deductible gift of $1100 to Community Prep  School will help get these eager young writers on board--all expenses paid, including travel!
